Shipping, delivery and returns


1. Shipping:
Parcels within the Netherlands are delivered by Post NL.
Post NL delivers your order during the day to the delivery address you specified. If you are not at home when the order is offered to you, the Post NL delivery person will leave a delivery message in your letterbox and take your package to the nearest post office, where you can pick up your order the next working day. Your order will never be delivered to the neighbors. When receiving the package, pay attention to any damage.

2. Shipping costs.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 6.95
Shipping costs for Belgium are € 9.25

For orders over € 80 (for deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium) no shipping costs are charged.

Cash on delivery:
Cash on delivery is a quite expensive and outdated payment method. As a result, we have decided to no longer offer this payment method. You can still pick up the order at our office at Eusebiusbuitensingel 9, Arnhem and pay in cash. This is done by appointment.

3. Pakjegemak; Afhalen bij een PostNL Locatie:

What is Pakjegemak?
Naast de normale verzending van uw bestelling met Postnl bieden wij nog een andere verzendmogelijkheid: Pakjegemak, dat betekend gewoon: Afhalen bij 1 van de vele afhaallocaties van PostNL.
Pakjegemak is another way of sending via Postnl. Your package is not delivered to your home, but you choose a location in the Netherlands where you want to pick up the package.
You therefore determine the location and the time yourself. During the checkout in our web store you can easily choose the desired location.

There are 2000 locations throughout the Netherlands. Examples of possible locations: Supermarkets (including Albert Heijn, Super de Boer, Jumbo, Spar, C1000), Tobacco shops, Bookshops (including Primera, The Read shop, Bruna)
These stores are not only found in large places, but also in small towns / villages.

4. How does Pakjegemak work at the Wapshop?

1. At the payment page, enter the pick-up point you have chosen in the address bar. Find a correct collection point here: Pick up locations
2. State the word “Pakjegemak” with your name or address. Or send us an email stating that it concerns a Pakjegemak address!

3. Choose the shipping method from € 6.95 (Parcel delivery).

4. And finally, you choose the desired payment method, check the details and then click on “Confirm” to place the order and pay.

The order has now been placed and you will receive a confirmation email within minutes.
After receipt of your payment, your order will be sent to the collection point. Once this is done you will receive from us an email with track & trace link to track the package. You must therefore check for yourself via the link when the package is available at the collection point! (usually the next day)
When you pick up the package at the location, you must provide your name and house number. Do not forget to bring your ID. 

5. Discreet Packaging:
Our products are packed in a sturdy blank box. It is not visible from the outside that this wapshop contains articles. Moreover, there will never be a reference to We use packaging materials that are harmless to the environment as much as possible.

6. Delivery times:
In general, the delivery time is 1 to 2 working days (if all items are in stock). It is possible that PostNl takes longer for one reason or another, but that is rare! To Belgium it usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
PostNL delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday. Postnl does not deliver any mail on Sundays and Mondays. 

It also almost never happens that we do not have something in stock. We strive to guarantee a fast delivery time. In the event that an order contains one or more items that are not in stock, the order has a delivery time of 2-8 working days. We will notify you as soon as possible. 

The aforementioned delivery times are an indication and not an absolute term, which may be deviated from in certain cases. is not liable for damage as a result of exceeding delivery times. Of course the delivery times apply from the moment your payment is received (see also payments).
